Alert’s newest addition greatly expands machining operation capabilities. Not only is the lathe (a HAAS DS30SSY dual-spindle 5-axis CNC lathe) capable of standard X, Y, and Z CNC machining, but live tooling can move multi-directionally as well for features such as side ports and profiles. Specialized flanges, fittings, and many more products can be machined on a small-run or production basis.
